1. Data controller
Smash Padel Almada (Avenida do Cristo Rei nº5, 2800-057 Almada) is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. Contact: geral@smashpadelalmada.com.
2. What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional) and message. We do not collect sensitive data.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use this data only to reply to your enquiry and provide the information requested, based on your consent and our legitimate interest in communicating with you.
4. Cookies and third-party services
We only use essential cookies: the session, the language and your answer to the cookie notice. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, and visits are counted without cookies. The map is only loaded when you press “Load map”: your browser then requests it from OpenFreeMap, which sets no cookies and receives your IP address, like any server your browser connects to. The “Directions” buttons only open the navigation app you choose when you press them.
5. Retention
We keep data only for as long as needed to reply to your request, unless the law requires it to be kept for longer.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at geral@smashpadelalmada.com.
7. Bookings
Bookings, sign-ups and payments made on this site and in the club’s app run on the ClubMotion platform, which processes that data on the club’s behalf as a processor. The list of the providers the platform uses is at clubmotion.app/legal/subprocessors.
8. Importing members with AI
To tidy up a list of members, the club’s staff can use the AI-assisted import — only when they choose to, for each import. In that case the names, emails and phone numbers pasted are sent to the AI provider ClubMotion uses, acting as a processor, solely to put them in the right format; the staff review the result before any member is created. Without that choice, nothing is sent.
